Fees & Investment
Your healing is one of the most important investments you will ever make — for yourself, your family, and your future.
I believe in creating a therapy experience that is deeply supportive, personalized, and effective. Because of the specialized nature of my work, sessions are offered on a private-pay basis with the option to use insurance if you have out-of-network benefits.
Counseling & Support Sessions
Individual Standard 50-Minute Session — $175
For perinatal mental health, postpartum support, birth trauma recovery, EMDR therapy, infertility, and motherhood transitions.Sessions are typically held weekly for the first four months, with the option to transition to a maintenance model (biweekly, monthly, or quarterly) when you feel ready — and some clients choose to continue weekly for ongoing growth and support.
Couples Counseling Sessions — $200 (50 minutes)
A dedicated space for couples to navigate the unique challenges and transitions of parenthood, deepen emotional connection, and strengthen communication. Whether you’re preparing for a new season or repairing after a difficult one, our work together focuses on restoring trust, building unity, and creating a shared vision for your relationship and family.
Transformational EMDR Intensives Birth & Deep Healing in Motherhood
Half-Day (3 hours) – $595
Full-Day (6 hours) – $1,150
These EMDR intensives are designed for mothers who want to address and resolve trauma in a focused, accelerated format. Whether you are processing a difficult birth, navigating the heartbreak of loss or infertility, or carrying earlier life experiences that still impact your motherhood, this immersive approach allows for deeper work in a shorter timeframe. Through a carefully tailored combination of EMDR, somatic practices, and holistic mind-body- spirit integration, we target and release what has been stored emotionally and physically — creating space for lasting peace, clarity, and resilience. Because of the depth and pace of this work, intensives require a consultation to ensure they are the best fit for your needs, current circumstances, and readiness for the process.
- Why Some Clients Choose Not to Use Insurance
- Emerging Concerns: Privacy & AI
- Scholarships & Accessibility
- Good Faith Estimate
Some clients — especially those in sensitive roles like ministry, leadership, or high-profile careers — choose private pay for privacy and control. When insurance is billed, a mental health diagnosis must be provided and becomes part of your permanent health record. With private pay, you decide what is shared, and your records remain fully confidential in my practice.
With the rapid integration of artificial intelligence into healthcare systems, more insurance providers are using automated tools to process, store, and analyze mental health records. While technology can improve efficiency, it also raises concerns about data security, confidentiality, and potential sharing of sensitive information across platforms. By paying privately, you can minimize the amount of personal health data shared with third- party systems, keeping your mental health journey more secure and entirely in your hands.
I am committed to making therapy accessible. I reserve a limited number of reduced-fee spots for clients who may not otherwise be able to afford care. These are offered on a case-by-case basis when space allows. At the moment, all reduced-fee spaces are currently full. If you’d like to be notified when one becomes available, you’re welcome to reach out so I can add you to the waitlist and, if helpful, share other affordable resources in the meantime
Your Right to Transparent Pricing Under the No Surprises Act Under the No Surprises Act (H.R. 133), which took effect January 1, 2022, all health care providers are required to give clients who are uninsured or not using insurance a Good Faith Estimate of the expected costs for services. This estimate will be provided in writing before your service begins. For questions or more information, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
